Phil invests in mortgage notes in Florida and across the US. He has more options to work with borrower’s on defaulted loans than large financial institutions and can act quickly. In addition to real estate investing, Phil is also a REALTOR® with Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc.
Phil’s unique knowledge and experience in Florida real estate comes from being a Florida native as well as living in the Tampa Bay area for over 24 years as a college student, mechanical engineer, real estate investor, and agent. Specializing in residential and investment properties as well as off-market properties, his multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients.
Phil is a member of the Central Pasco, Florida, and National Associations of REALTORS® (CPAR, FR, NAR), in addition to the My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS). He also belongs to the Tampa Real Estate Investors Alliance (TREIA), University of South Florida Alumni Association, and Sigma Chi fraternity.
